Services

Lion Tree Media provides digital marketing and creative services, including:

• Branding and logo design

• Website design and development

• Content creation

• Graphic design

• Photography and videography

• Drone photography and videography

• Social media management

The specific services, deliverables and price for each project will be confirmed in the Client's quotation, proposal or other written agreement.

Any work requested outside the agreed scope may be subject to an additional charge.

Quotations & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information and requirements provided by the Client at the time of quotation.

If the scope or requirements of a project change after work has begun, Lion Tree Media reserves the right to revise the price or provide an additional quotation before completing the additional work.

Any third-party costs that are not expressly included in the quotation will be payable separately by the Client.

Deposits & Payments

Where a deposit is required, work will not normally begin until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance will be payable according to the payment schedule stated on the Client's quotation, proposal or invoice.

Where an instalment plan has been agreed, payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

Invoices must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice.

Lion Tree Media reserves the right to pause work, withhold final files or delay the launch or transfer of a website where payments are overdue.

Cancellations

If the Client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, the Client will be responsible for payment for work already completed and any costs that Lion Tree Media has already committed to on the Client's behalf.

Deposits may be non-refundable once work has commenced, except where the Client has a statutory right to cancel or receive a refund.

Any outstanding amount for work completed up to the cancellation date will become payable.

Project Timescales

Any completion or launch dates provided are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timescales; however, project schedules may change due to revisions, Client delays, third-party services or circumstances outside Lion Tree Media's reasonable control.

Revisions

The number or scope of revisions included in a project will be stated in the relevant quotation or proposal.

Revisions must remain within the originally agreed project brief.

Significant changes in direction, additional concepts or work requested outside the agreed scope may incur an additional charge.

Website Design

Lion Tree Media currently builds websites using Wix Studio.

Unless expressly included in the quotation, Wix Premium plans, domain names, business email services, paid applications and other third-party subscriptions are not included in the website design fee.

The Client is responsible for ongoing Wix, domain and third-party subscription costs associated with their website.

Where appropriate, a website may initially be created within Lion Tree Media's Wix account/workspace and subsequently transferred or handed over to the Client.

The Client is responsible for maintaining the website, subscriptions and associated accounts following handover unless an ongoing maintenance or management service has been agreed.

Website Content

Unless copywriting or content creation is included within the agreed service, the Client is responsible for supplying the text, images and other materials required for their website.

The Client is responsible for checking and approving the accuracy of website content before launch, including names, prices, contact information, legal information and other factual content.

Third-Party Services

Projects may rely on third-party platforms or services, including Wix, social media platforms, domain providers, payment providers and other software.

Lion Tree Media is not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions, price increases, account suspensions or other issues caused by third-party providers.

We cannot guarantee the continued availability or functionality of services operated by third parties.

Social Media Management

Where Lion Tree Media manages social media on behalf of a Client, the specific platforms, frequency of content and services included will be detailed in the agreed package or proposal.

The Client remains responsible for their social media accounts and for providing accurate information about their organisation, products or services.

While content and strategy will be created with the aim of supporting the Client's marketing objectives, Lion Tree Media cannot guarantee specific results, including follower growth, engagement, enquiries, sales or revenue.

Social media platforms may change their algorithms, features, policies or availability at any time, which is outside Lion Tree Media's control.

Content Creation, Photography & Videography

Where photography, videography or other content creation is provided, the agreed deliverables will be outlined before the work takes place.

The Client is responsible for obtaining any permissions, releases or consents required for people, locations or property appearing in content unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, Lion Tree Media retains ownership of working files, drafts, unused concepts and project materials until all outstanding payments relating to the project have been received.

Once full payment has been received, the Client will receive the rights to use the final approved deliverables as agreed for the project.

Third-party assets such as fonts, stock imagery, software, templates or platform elements may remain subject to their respective licence terms and cannot necessarily be transferred or owned outright by the Client.

Portfolio & Promotional Use

Unless the Client requests otherwise in writing, Lion Tree Media may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media channels and other promotional materials.

Confidential information will not knowingly be published as part of this use.

Confidentiality

Both Lion Tree Media and the Client agree to treat confidential information received during a project appropriately and not disclose it unnecessarily to third parties.

This does not apply to information that is already publicly available or must be disclosed by law.

Results

Lion Tree Media will provide services with reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee particular commercial outcomes.

Marketing, websites, branding, content and social media can be influenced by factors outside our control, including audience behaviour, competition, platform algorithms and changes within the Client's business.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the extent permitted by law, Lion Tree Media will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the services, third-party platforms or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending an Ongoing Service

For ongoing services such as social media management, either party may end the service in accordance with any notice period specified in the relevant proposal or service agreement.

Any fees already due for services provided up to the termination date remain payable.

Data Protection

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Lion Tree Media Privacy Policy.

Where a service requires Lion Tree Media to process personal information on behalf of a Client, additional data protection terms may be required.

Changes to These Terms

Lion Tree Media may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The terms applicable to a particular project will normally be those agreed when the Client accepts the relevant quotation or proposal, unless changes are subsequently agreed between the parties.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to consumers.
